Shipping policy

Processing time
Orders ship within 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

U.S. shipping
Free Shipping on every order: orders under 1 lb ship with USPS, and orders 1 lb and over ship with UPS. Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipping.
Express Shipping ($15): processed within 1–2 business days and shipped with UPS, arriving 1–2 business days after it ships.

International shipping
We ship to 27 countries with USPS through GlobalPost. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by country, usually 1–3 weeks after shipping. Customs duties or import taxes may be charged by your country and are the buyer's responsibility.

Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email help@mummybutter.com or reach us through live chat and we'll make it right. Damaged items don't need to be returned; we'll send a replacement.
